The Village of Wauconda Service Request System (SRS) allows Village residents and customers to request information, submit requests for Village services, and submit comments for review.
It is not necessary to register with the SRS to submit a Service Request. However, registered users have the ability to track their individual Service Requests. Requests may also be submitted anonymously, if desired.
A tracking number is assigned to each new Service Request. This tracking number may be used to check back on the status of a request at any time by entering the tracking number in the "Check the Status of a Service Request" field. Providing an email address with your Service Request will result in a confirmation email that your Service Request has been received by the Village and will allow you to receive status updates for your Request.
PLEASE NOTE: Service Requests entered after Village business hours will be received by Village staff on the next business day.
