Farmington Public Library - Meeting Rooms

The Farmington Public Library offers three rooms of varying size for use by the public. Non-profit organizations may use the rooms at no cost. For-profit organizations are charged a fee and a cleaning/damage deposit. Room rentals are subject to room availability and approval of the Library Director.

Dayse Baker Conference Room


Farmington Public Library – Dayse Baker Conference Room

The Dayse Baker Conference Room is ideal for small meetings, team discussions, and collaborative work sessions in a professional setting.

Seating Capacity:

  • Up to 16 participants

Amenities:

  • Two LED televisions
  • WiFi access
  • Two whiteboards
  • Conference calling capability (advance notice required)

Rental Fees:

  • $200 - Full day (5+ hours)
  • $55 -First hour
  • $40 - Each additional hour

Dr. Clifton R. Bell Conference Room


Farmington Public Library – Dr. Clifton R. Bell Conference Room

The Dr. Clifton R. Bell Conference Room is ideal for small meetings and focused group sessions.

Seating Capacity:

  • Up to 8 participants

Amenities:

  • LED television
  • WiFi access
  • Whiteboard
  • Conference calling capability (advance notice required)

Rental Fees:

  • $100 - Full day (5+ hours)
  • $35 - First hour
  • $20 - Each additional hour

Sarah Barton Murphy Community Room


Farmington Public Library – Sarah Barton Murphy Community Room

The Sarah Barton Murphy Community Room is a versatile space designed to accommodate a wide range of civic, educational, and cultural events.

Seating Capacity:

  • Up to 100 guests (chairs only)
  • Up to 48 guests (tables and chairs)

Amenities:

  • Digital projector with HDMI input
  • Two LED televisions
  • WiFi access
  • Whiteboard

Rental Fees:

  • $350 - Full day (5+ hours)
  • $90 - First hour
  • $65 - Each additional hour
