Farmington Public Library – Meeting Rooms
The Farmington Public Library offers three rooms of varying size for use by the public.
Non-profit organizations may use the rooms at no cost. For-profit organizations are charged
a fee and a cleaning/damage deposit. Room rentals are subject to room availability and
approval of the Library Director. Reservations can only be made two months in advance
without prior approval.
Per Missouri Secretary of State Administrative Rule 15 CSR 30-200.015,
if your meeting room use is open to the public, you must affix an age-appropriate designation
to any publication, website, or advertisement for your public meeting, event, or presentation.
Please contact the Library Director if you need guidance on how to designate the age-appropriateness
of your meeting room usage. Failure to comply may result in rejection of future meeting room requests.
Please download the full policy for more information, including usage restrictions, or just the
application if you are already familiar with the policy. Completed meeting room applications
may be returned by email or at the front desk of the library.
