Dexter Daniels Father-Son Golf Tournament The 37th Annual Dexter Daniels Father-Son Golf Tournament is set for Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 23-24. All fathers, sons and grandsons are invited to participate. This is the biggest event of the year for the City’s Willowbrook Golf Course. Practice rounds start Friday and cost $15. Then competition begins Saturday morning with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $160 per two-man team; $80 for an additional player. Awards, two dinners and more are all included. Saturday Afternoon Movie Join us at the Winter Haven Public Library for an afternoon movie that the entire family can enjoy! Saturday Afternoon Movies take place on the second and fourth Saturday of each month at 2 p.m. (*unless otherwise noted) in the Multi-Purpose Room. Movie titles are intended for a family audience and typically have a rating of G, PG and sometimes PG-13. Admission is FREE and refreshments are available for a small charge.Movie Schedule |
