Open Burn Permit

Purpose. This form in intended to be used for recreational fires, warming fires in approved containers and other approved fires. It’s not intended for yard cleaning. Burning yard debris is prohibited. Approved fires shall be at least 25 feet from any structure or combustible material per code. All approved open fires shall be constantly attended until the fire is extinguished. This application does not necessarily mean that the permit has been approved. Contact Asst.
