Experienced Traditional Karate (Ages 8+) - Wed. March 22 – June 7
(Wednesdays)
Experienced participants learn traditional Karate from Okinawa Japan, focusing on kata, self-defense, awareness,
sportsmanship, athletics and well-being. Training adopts science of the US Olympic committee and standards of the
Japan Karate Federation.
Students may participate in regional & international competition with opportunities to train in Japan and international
seminars with the instructor. Additional fee for national & international membership and testing (not mandatory).
Training equipment (white Karate uniform) suggested for participants wishing to continue training.
