Through an interactive lecture & hands-on activity, we'll explore the multitude of ways that simple herbal remedies can be used in first aid, from treating an upset stomach to irritated skin and bug bites.
You'll leave this class with one herbal first aid remedy and ideas to inspire you to create the rest of your herbal first aid kit at home. Here’s to greater peace of mind while on the road!
