At Banyan, we believe that access to health and wellness choice is a human right and movement is an essential part of everyone’s healing journey.
This class can be done without bands or weights, if you have your own favorite band and mat you are encouraged to bring them to class. A limited number of bands will be available from the instructor for use during class.
