BTWC, a local wellness non-profit, is bringing DanceVibes to Menlo Park. DanceVibes bridges the gap between dance fitness and dance choreo classes. This program is an outlet to clear the mind through dance, whilst also providing a heart pumping, fun & challenging workout in a friendly and judgement free environment. At Banyan, we believe that access to health and wellness choice is a human right and movement is an essential part of everyone’s healing journey. Come join instructor Melissa for the fun!
