Traditional Karatedo - Seiwakai SV (Wednesday)

(Wednesdays)

Participants learn traditional Karate from Okinawa Japan, focusing on kata, self-defense, sport kumite, awareness, sportsmanship, athletics and personal well-being. With the inclusion of Karate in the Olympics, training adopts the aerobic and coordination science of the US Olympic committee while following the standards of the Japan Karate Federation. Students may participate in local, regional and international competitions and have the opportunity to train in Japan and international seminars with the instructor. Drop in is $20; drop in sessions offered additional on Fridays.

Additional fee for national, international membership and testing however memberships nor test participation is not required. Additional fee for training equipment such (white Karate uniform / Do-gi) not included. White Do-gi is suggested for participants wishing to continue training.
