Purpose. This form is an internal form used to communicate among Village personnel for requesting the pickup of branches or removal of storm debris. This service is not offered to residents on an everyday basis. Only after major storms or under special circumstances does the Village do branch pickup.
Be sure to ask the branches have already been placed at the curb. If not, ask the resident to call back after the branches are placed at the curb. Public Works will then make the pickup.
