Paperless Sewer Billing
Paperless Sewer Billing is a service that allows you to receive your billing information via email rather than in a printed, paper format. As a Paperless Sewer Billing customer, you opt not to receive a paper bill in the mail and will instead receive an email notification each month, with your sewer bill attached in PDF format. To view your bill, you will need to download and install Adobe Reader which is a free download from www.adobe.com.

Your bill will come from jlemaster@granitecity.illinois.gov. Please add jlemaster@granitecity.illinois.gov to your list of safe email contacts to ensure these messages go to your inbox and do not get routed to your junk mail folder.

Paperless Sewer Billing is a service offered free of charge to all property owners in Granite City, IL.

Once you are enrolled, you can cancel your Paperless Sewer Billing service at any time by calling 618-452-6211.

After submitting your request, you will receive a Tracking Number allowing you to follow-up with your request, at your convenience. Once processed, your paper sewer bill will be replaced by an electronic version of your bill saved in PDF format. You will need Adobe Reader to view your bill which is a free download from www.adobe.com. Please be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder if you find that you are not receiving your sewer bill via email.
