Please use this form if you received a notice from the Village that your water meter needs to be repaired. You may request an appointment time Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM (no holiday appointments please - holidays that may fall within the week include New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve). Village staff will do its best to accommodate your requested appointment time. Please be sure you receive an email from the Village confirming staff availability for the requested appointment time.
