Purpose. This form is used to request wood chips from the Department of Public Works. Wood chips can be picked up or delivered. Deliveries must be within village limits. These chips are not high grade mulch, but rather wood chips from our branch pick up program. The wood chips contain all species of trees. Delivery can be made within the village limits. All other requests will be by pick up only. Priority is given to residents of Winthrop Harbor.
