The total scholarship award(s) is a minimum of $2,000 and the winner(s) will be selected by a committee based on completion of an essay. The City of Shenandoah supports law enforcement who put their lives on the line to provide safe communities. We are holding this blood drive in support of the Houston Police Department officers hurt in the line of duty. Blood drive times are 9-11 am Feb. 8 and 1:30 - 4:30 pm Feb. 12.
