The City of Pikeville will release an RFP for Public-Private Partnership for Fiber Optic Network to seek a motivated partner to enable phased broadband deployment in the region.

The City of Pikeville holds the right to reject any and all bids and proposals or to re-advertise for additional bids or proposals.
