Property maintenance issues include...
- deteriorated structure or exterior finish,
- broken windows or doors,
- mold, insect/rodent infestation,
- unsafe fence,
- defective plumbing,
- unsafe electrical systems,
- defective or inadequate heating system,
- any other condition that may cause hazard to the occupant or structure.
All trash, garbage, rubbish, refuse and waste material shall be regularly removed from properties. All garbage and waste materials shall be stored in approved garbage containers with tight fitting lids.
Please provide as much information as possible to help us find and correct the problem.
