The City of Norfolk is implementing a new Citizens Request application. We will be transitioning all our current request forms to the new application over the coming months. Please go to the City of Norfolk Connect Portal to inform the street Division of a pothole or other problem with a street, alley, storm sewer, traffic signal, crossing light, street sign or road obstruction, within the City of Norfolk.
