Bedwell-Bayfront Park is Menlo Park's largest park, and its only open space on the Bay. The park's 160 acres are surrounded on three sides by the Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Easily accessible, the park’s many trails and hills provide unparalleled views of the refuge and South Bay. People of all ages enjoy the park for hiking, running, bicycling, dog walking, bird watching, kite flying, and photography. The park is located at the east end of Menlo Park on the San Francisco Bay at Bayfront Expressway & Marsh Road. Parking and restrooms are located onsite.
Burgess Park includes: renovated turf and irrigation, renovated baseball fields, renovated soccer field, new picnic tables, new drinking fountains and new benches and paving. This site is also located near a playground, tennis courts, restrooms, and the Little League Field. Burgess Park is located off Burgess Drive between Laurel & Alma Streets in Menlo Park. Located in Sharon Heights, close to I-280 and Sand Hill Road, the park provides a beautiful spot for wedding ceremonies. The park is 9 acres and includes natural wooded area, picturesque lake, and landscaped slopes. In addition, there is a gazebo, shaded picnic areas, playground, and walkways with benches. Parking is limited and there are no restrooms. The park can be reserved for wedding ceremonies only. Otherwise, the park is open to the public as first-come, first-serve.
