In this playful yoga class designed especially for pre-school aged-children (ages 3-5), children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which help to cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help them understand how to identify and manage their feelings. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class. Each class will end with a period of relaxation. Children should bring their own yoga mat to class. Parents are encouraged to practice with their children as well! Parent/caregiver must be present for class. No class 10/14, 11/11 & 11/25.
