The City of Maricopa is seeking a qualified, full-service vendor to develop, produce and distribute a community activities and events guide that highlights recreational and entertainment-based programs, events and opportunities available to residents and visitors.
The selected vendor will serve as a creative and production partner, working collaboratively with the City of Maricopa Communications Team to design and deliver a high-quality publication that reflects the vibrancy of the Maricopa community. This guide will include a comprehensive, rolling three-month calendar of events, as well as featured content that promotes local organizations, businesses, and community initiatives. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and retain a qualified vendor to partner with the City in planning, designing, producing, and distributing this guide, while also developing a sustainable advertising model to support long-term viability.
