SMOKE DETECTOR SERVICE REQUEST

Purpose. Our Smoke Detector Awareness Program helps Maricopa residents keep their smoke detectors working properly and offers additional safety checks to protect your home. This form is used to request a Smoke Detector Service Appointment. Our program does not offer free smoke detectors and we do not perform electrical work.

* Do you understand that for safety reasons, we are unable to service smoke detectors that are mounted higher than 10 feet from the floor. In these cases, we recommend contacting a licensed handyman or electrician for assistance.
