FIRE STATION TOUR REQUEST FORM

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Submission of this form DOES NOT schedule or confirm a station tour. All station tour requests are reviewed by department staff and are subject to station availability, emergency response activity, staffing, training schedules, and operational needs. Requests must be submitted a minimum of TEN (10) DAYS prior to your preferred tour date. A member of the Maricopa Fire/Medical Department will contact you regarding approval, denial, or alternate scheduling options.

* STATION TOUR RULES

Station tours are generally available between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM based on station availability and emergency operations.

1. Children must remain with a parent, guardian, or adult supervisor at all times.

2. Visitors may not climb on fire apparatus or ambulances unless instructed by fire department personnel.

3. Please remain aware of moving vehicles and emergency equipment within the station.

4. Emergency calls always take priority. Tours may be interrupted, rescheduled, or canceled at any time due to emergency response activity.

5. Tour groups are limited to a maximum of 25 participants due to safety considerations.
