Please note, unless you have requested and received a waiver (subsection B within the Request for Information form), the following are the fees for public records (copied or certified): Copies 8 � x 11 or 8 � x 14 Black & White First 50 pages - Free Additional pages - $.015 per side Other Types of records with set fees - Certification - $1.00 per record, plus copy cost File Room Fee: $20.00. Any charges due must be paid within five (5) business days of the Village notifying you. If you fail to pay fees from prior FOIA, any future FOIA requests will not be processed until all outstanding fees are paid.
