The City of Georgetown, SC requests qualified fire equipment vendors to submit a bid for of one (1) lot of Fire SCBA Equipment. The City would like to receive a bid for the total cost of this lot of equipment for its present need.
Bid offer must include all equipment, materials, sales taxes, shipping costs, and any other fee(s) relative to the purchase and delivery of equipment. Bid offers must be valid for at least thirty (30) days. Vendors must submit three (3) copies of its bid. Bids are due no later than Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 4 pm. No bids will be accepted after its due date and time. Late submittals, faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted for any reason. The City reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities and to accept or reject any and/or all bids as deemed by its sole judgment to be in its best interest.
