The City of Georgetown is seeking bids from qualified and licensed general building contractors to perform renovations at the restrooms located at the Kaminski House and on Screven Street. The project consists of performing exterior and interior renovations at the Kaminski House restrooms and at the Screven Street restrooms. Both City restrooms are public facilities servicing mainly the tourist population visiting the Historic District.

Screven Street Restrooms are located at the corner of Screven Street and front Street, Georgetown, SC. Kaminski House Restrooms are located at 1003 Front Street, Georgetown, SC.
