The City of Georgetown has identified a significant need for the design and construction of a new Fire Station #2 and intends to replace its current facility located in the Maryville Community within the City Limits. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms experience in providing design/build services relative to building fire station facilities according to the Specifications, Requirements, and Scope of Work as outlined and referenced in the RFP.
