The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish an agreement between the City of Georgetown and a qualified and experienced contractor to provide commercial solid waste management and maintenance services within its City Limits for locations defined in Attachment A hereto. Preference will be given to contractors experienced in providing contractual services as outlined for municipal and/or governmental entities. In general, the contractor shall provide, place, and service containers; collect and dispose of waste properly and safely; as well as provide all administrative oversight related to billing and contractual obligations to the City for services rendered.
