The City of Georgetown requests qualifications from professional architects, consultants, engineering or construction management firms to research, analyze, and prepare a redevelopment plan for the 700 Block of Front Street located in the Historic/Downtown District of the City completely destroyed by fire on September 25, 2013.
The ultimate objective for this project is to prepare preliminary schematics, conceptual designs, and cost estimates for rebuilding in the open space left by the fire which will require consultants to examine the different options available to the property owners and the City when redeveloping the area.
