The City reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities and to accept or reject any and/or all submissions as deemed by its sole judgment to be in its best interest. The City also reserves the right to terminate the selection process without notice, to change the schedule of events, to waive any irregularities in any submittal, and to request additional information from any firm submitting an RFP. All costs relating to the preparation and delivery of the RFP shall be borne by the proposer.
