The City of Georgetown, SC is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to remove damaged and broken sidewalks within the City of Georgetown right-of-ways and re-install. The selected contractor will be responsible for the installment of handicap curb ramps and detectable warning surface, required by the ADA at all intersections that a new and/or repaired sidewalk is installed. The selected contractor will also provide all materials, concrete, labor, supervision, and equipment to perform all work assigned by the City. Contractor will be responsible for spot location (pups). The City will be responsible for securing all required encroachment permits from SCDOT.

Proposals are due no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 25, 2013. Faxed, emailed or late submittals will not be accepted for any reason.
