The City of Georgetown is seeking bids from qualified licensed South Carolina General Contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for the exterior of the main City Hall facility, along with two other small buildings on the property. Property is located at 120 North Fraser Street, Georgetown South Carolina. Maintenance services required include pressure washing; cleaning windows and sills; removing, repairing, cleaning, painting and installing shutters; inspecting, replacing and repainting all rotten wood as needed; and removing, repairing, repainting, and re-installing gutters.
A copy of the Request for Proposal, General Requirements, and Bid Form may be obtained from the City’s website at www.cogsc.com, under “Current Bids”, or by contacting Bonnie L Infinger, Purchasing Agent, at (843) 545.4043, binfinger@cogsc.com. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the submission are required and must be received no later than 11:00 am on Friday, November 9, 2012. Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked, “City Hall Exterior Buildings Maintenance and Repair”. Bids shall be delivered to Bonnie L. Infinger at 120 North Fraser Street (29440), Post Office Drawer 939 (29442), Georgetown, South Carolina. Submittals that are faxed, emailed, or received late will not be accepted or considered for any reason.
