I understand that per Borough Ordinance No. 2023-045 each additional garbage container shall cost $75 and an additional annual service charge of $150/tote shall apply. In the year requested, billing will be prorated based on 52 weeks. No service can be cancelled in the middle of the year. To cancel additional service, written notice must be provided to the Finance Department by November 1 of the preceding year to stop billing for the following year. Tote pick-up must be scheduled with the Department of Public Works, and a receipt of return presented to the Finance Department for cancelation.
