Purpose. What to expect when you file a Right To Know Request. When the Open Records Officer receives a request for records, a request tracking number is assigned and the Open Records Officer reviews the request and prepares a response. Generally speaking, a response will be issued within five business days of the date the request is received. If additional time is required to prepare the response, the Open Records Officer may invoke a thirty calendar day extension under the Right To Know Law. Note: You do not need to create an account to complete this form, however if you make frequent requests it is helpful to create a log in, as it will fill in the contact information below automatically. All Right to Know Requests will be listed on our website, with the requester's name and information they requested. For a list of submitted Right-to-Know Requests please click Here.
