Public idea gathering meetings are planned for "Aspire Winter Haven," a community-wide project that will reach out into neighborhoods and organizations, schools and churches to gather information on the hopes, dreams and aspirations of those who call Winter Haven home.

The next meeting is 6-8 p.m., Thursday, June 21, at Polk State College, Student Center, Winter Haven Campus.
