Are you looking for some fun activities for your children or yourself this summer? If so, the City of Winter Haven has a lot to offer.

There are three summer camp offerings. Camp hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 21-August 13.

The Rotary Playground Summer Camp offers fun activities like playground play, arts and crafts, movies, games and swimming. The cost is $40 per child and is for City residents only.

Discovery Camps will be offered in two four-week sessions at the Chain O' Lakes Complex and the Winter Haven Recreational and Cultural Center (WHRCC). The first session is June 21-July 16 and the second is July 19-August 13, with no camp on July 5. The cost for the Chain O' Lakes Camp is $187.50 per session for City residents, and $266 per session for non-residents. At the WHRCC, the cost is $135 per session for City residents and $192.50 for non-residents. WHRCC field trips are offered at an additional cost if campers choose to participate.
