Purpose. The Town of Waynesville sends a quarterly newsletter to every utility customer. But there is just no way to fit all of our news, and announcements about new programs and service changes in those few pages. You can now subscribe to a monthly email update that will keep you informed of upcoming meetings, programs, and services. This email list may also be used during an emergency or unscheduled service change to provide timely notification to our citizens.
