The Online Request form system allows visitors to submit requests for service, maintenance or comments.
A ticket number is assigned to each new Service Request. Using this ticket number, the submitter can check back on the website at any time to view the current status of the request.
Township office hours are
Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requests submitted after hours will be processed the next business day.
It is necessary to submit an email address with your service request in order to receive confirmation and review status updates.
