Co-sponsored event by Stone Mountain Respiratory Care/Black Lung and The Tri State Black Lung Alliance. Event will consist of free pulse oximetry testing as well as Breathing tests. Infomation on filing a Federal Black Lung Claim and also information on a group that is pushing for changes in the current legislation concerning Black Lung Benefits. Event will be held at Pikeville Library, 119 College St, Suite 209 in Pikeville, KY on Oct. 6, 2009 between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.
