Lynn Duda is Yoga Alliance Registered 500 hours, ACE & AFAA certified. This yoga class is suitable for all levels of healthy students. However, we don’t just sit in this class…we use our muscles, especially our core. We focus on body and breath awareness. We practice Sun Salutations, standing postures, postures for balance, and seated postures. Some of the benefits you can expect from participation in this form of yoga are increased muscle strength, endurance, and coordination. For fencers who have passed Beginner 1 Class test. This class takes the basics learned in the Beginner Class and expands the options for fencers wanting to know more. New footwork and bladework actions are taught, as well as strategies for scoring and defending against your opponent. This class includes an introduction to electric fencing, and will conclude with a mini tournament for participants during the last class. Beginner's Irish Dance
BEGINNER’S IRISH DANCE: (GRADES K – 5)(Students will be separated based on ability and maturity)
The class will teach the basics of Irish Step Dancing. By the end of this session the students will be able to dance a traditional jig and reel, and possibly a formation dance. Students are required to wear either ballet slippers or socks, and should bring a water bottle. Students will have a great time learning the beginnings of Irish Step Dancing, while exercising at the same time!
