Purpose. Public Works will pick up bundled branches every other Monday unless it is a holiday. In case of a holiday, branch pick up will fall on a Tuesday. To schedule a Monday branch pick-up, call the Public Works Department at 724-941-6161 or use this form. The branch pick-up crew does begin at 7:00 AM so be sure to have your branches at the curb bright and early. If you would like to have branches picked up, please follow these requirements: Branches must be securely tied in bundles no wider than 18 inches in diameter and no longer than 4 feet. Single limbs must be no bigger than 5 inches in diameter and no longer than 4 feet. Volume of materials should not exceed what would generally fit into a pick-up truck. Peters Township Public Works Department picks up brush every other Monday. You must call for an appointment or complete this form. Brush must be placed in the curb in 4ft. lengths and no limbs over 6 inches in diameter. No stumps, root balls or logs. Capacits shall not exceed a small pick up truck bed.
