Purpose. This form should be used by ONLY Walnut Drive Area residents to vote for the traffic calming proposal. You must have a special Ballot Number to be able to submit your vote online. After you complete your online ballot, you must click on the black "submit request" button to cast your vote. To view the Traffic Calming information, go to the Council and Boards Section, then click Traffic Calming Committee.
