This form is to request a curbside pickup of branches. The Department does not take root balls, stumps, logs. All material must be cut into 4 foot lenghts. Material must be curbside, in neat orderly pile, approximately 18 inches in diameter. Individual pieces cannot be more than 5 inches in diameter. Total volume should not exceed a heaping pickup truck load.
