Registration for a program/activity/class may be cancelled PRIOR TO THE START of the program/activity/class. You will receive a refund minus a $5.00 charge for administrative handling, regardless of cost. Sorry, no cash refunds will be given out. Refunds will be given by check or credit voucher only. Cancellation after a program/activity begins will not be refunded or credited. In case of illness or injury occurring within the first 2 weeks of a program, a partial credit may be given. Written verification by a physician will be required.
