Human Trafficking of Minors Training
The OCHTTF is doing a statewide training on human trafficking of minors funded by the California Emergency Management Agency (Cal-EMA). The training provides a comprehensive and multidisciplinary collaborative approach on working with human trafficking. Training materials are provided. This training is POST certified and is for law enforcement and first responders.
Location: Santa Cruz

OCHTTF Volunteer Training Meeting
CSP is working with The Salvation Army to provide structured monthly training and support to OCHTTF volunteers in Outreach/Education and Victim Services. Each meeting will have: 1. A training component relevant to anti-trafficking efforts in OC, and 2. An opportunity for teams to meet according to their assignment: outreach/education efforts, language interpretation or life skill mentorship. OCHTTF Volunteer Training Meetings will be every 3rd Tuesday of the month, 6:30 - 8:00 PM (6:00 PM for new volunteers) at: CSP Victim Assistance 1821 E. Dyer Road, Suite 200 Santa Ana, CA 92705 Please RSVP for the meetings via e-mail, indicating who you are, specify language if you are bilingual, AND your area of interest: Mentor/Interpreter or Outreach/Education.
