Notes:

When permission is given to block off neighborhood streets, access must be available for emergency traffic at all times.

Safety cones are available at the City Service Garage. The cones must be returned to the Service Garage within three days of the event before 3 p.m. If cones are damaged or lost, the responsible party will be accessed a fee equal to the present replacement value.
