Purpose. Use this form to request pick up of yard waste. Yard waste is collected free of charge Tuesday throughout the year. Brush and small branches should be bundled and in sections no longer than 3 feet in length. Please submit the form no later than Wednesday prior to the Friday you wish to have your yard waste collected. Thank you.
