Purpose. This form is intended to be used by citizens of Mt. Juliet in need of employment to submit all pertinent information, and have their "resume" broadcast on Channel 3 for possible employers to view. Keep all entries as concise as possible, as each participant will only have (1) PowerPoint slide to display their information for broadcast.
