In an effort to promote a clean and safe environment, and for the convenience of our residents, the City of Monroe has included standard refuse collection as a City sponsored service. Standard collection includes pickup of up to three 32 gallon containers per week however decals can be purchased as needed to allow for additional pickup. The cost is $1.25 each or five for $6. Purchases can be made from the Department of Public Services or the City Treasurer.
