The City of Monroe does not provide dumpster services however there are a number of local refuse copanies that do provide this service. These companies can be found in your local telephone directory.
No permit is necessary should you intend to place the dumpter on the property outside of the right of way. However, should it be necessary to utilize the right of way, please refer to the City of Monroe Right of Way Permit Policy and complete the City of Monroe Right of Way Permit Application.
